Your plan determines how many AI Twins you can create:

How Multiple AI Twins Work

When you create multiple AI Twins, each can be trained on different content and configured with different behaviors. To users, they seamlessly experience the appropriate AI Twin based on their access level.

Shared Memory Across AI Twins

Your AI Twins share memory across tiers. When a user upgrades or downgrades, the AI Twin they’re chatting with switches, but conversation history is retained.

This creates a seamless experience where users don’t feel like they’re switching between different AIs.

Setting Up Multiple AI Twins

Step 1: Plan Your Tiers

In your dashboard, define:

• How many AI Twins you need
• What content each AI Twin will be trained on
• What features each tier includes
• How users will be routed to the appropriate AI Twin

Step 2: Create and Train Each AI Twin

For each AI Twin:

1. Create a new AI Twin in your dashboard
2. Upload the specific content for that tier
3. Configure personality and behavior settings
4. Set up voice cloning (can use same voice across all AI Twins)

Step 3: Configure User Routing

Set up authentication to route users to the correct AI Twin based on their subscription:

• Member Syncing: Use integrations with Kajabi, GoHighLevel, or Mighty Networks
• Manual Management: Upload CSV files with user tier assignments
• Embedded Auth: Configure authentication to pass tier information

Step 4: Test

Before launch, verify:

• Users see the appropriate AI Twin
• Content boundaries are respected
• Upgrades/downgrades work smoothly
• Memory carries across AI Twins

Upgrade & Downgrade Handling

When a User Upgrades

• Access to new features/content is granted immediately
• AI Twin switches to the higher-tier version
• All conversation history is retained
• User experiences no disruption

When a User Downgrades

• Access to premium features/content is removed

Using your AI Twin in a third-party partner’s product (“Partner Deployment”) or reselling/sublicensing access requires our prior written approval.

All usage in such a deployment must be routed through your account and is subject to specific conditions outlined in our Terms of Service.
