Testing Your AI Twin

Before going live, thoroughly test your AI Twin using the built-in testing features.

How to Test

  1. Access Testing Mode: Use the test interface in your dashboard
  2. Test Both Modes: Try both text and voice interactions
  3. Submit Feedback: Use the thumbs up/down buttons to flag issues

What to Test

Test your AI Twin for:

  • Knowledge Accuracy: Does it answer questions correctly based on your content?
  • Voice Quality: Does the voice clone sound natural and like you?
  • Personality: Does the tone and style match your brand?
  • Guardrails: Does it properly handle off-topic or inappropriate questions?
  • Edge Cases: How does it handle unusual or unexpected questions?

Providing Feedback

In both text and voice mode, you’ll see thumbs up/down buttons to submit feedback directly:

  • Flag Issues: Mark responses that need improvement
  • Note Corrections: Provide context on what the response should have been
  • Track Progress: See feedback history and improvements

Iterating and Refining

Based on your testing:

  1. Adjust personality and behavior settings in the dashboard
  2. Upload additional content to fill knowledge gaps
  3. Refine guardrails to handle edge cases
  4. Re-test until you’re satisfied with the quality

Before Going Live

Complete your testing before deploying to your audience. Ensure:

  • Your AI Twin responds accurately to domain-specific questions
  • Voice cloning sounds natural and appropriate
  • The personality matches your brand
  • Edge cases and unusual questions are handled correctly
  • Guardrails prevent off-brand or inappropriate responses
