Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is where you upload and manage the content that shapes your Twin. Your Twin uses this content in two ways:

  • What to say — The knowledge, expertise, and information your Twin draws from when answering questions
  • How to say it — Your speaking patterns, tone, coaching style, and how you naturally respond to people

The more comprehensive your content library, the more your Twin will sound like you and know what you know. Upload podcasts, books, interviews, courses, FAQs, and more.

Content Best Practices

Quality Over Quantity

Focus on high-quality, authoritative content that represents your best thinking. Well-organized materials with clear structure work best.

Content Organization

When uploading, organize by:

  1. Core Teachings — Fundamental concepts and frameworks
  2. Advanced Material — Specialized or advanced topics
  3. Practical Application — Examples, case studies, exercises
  4. FAQs — Common questions and answers

Keeping Content Updated

  • Automatic syncing — Connect YouTube channels or podcast feeds for automatic updates
  • Manual updates — Upload new files anytime through the dashboard

For YouTube and podcast content, new episodes are automatically ingested when published.
