The Customize section controls how your Twin looks and feels to users. Configure appearance, branding, languages, and conversation starters.

Appearance

Twin Name

The display name shown to users in the chat interface.

Twin Icon

Custom avatar or logo. Upload an image to represent your Twin.

Accent Color

Choose from 18 predefined colors to match your brand.

Default Theme

Light mode — Bright background
Dark mode — Dark background

Thumbnails

Separate images for light and dark mode appearances.

Position

Where the chat widget appears on the page:

Bottom-right (default)
Bottom-left
Center

Mode

How the chat interface displays:

Chat Popup — Minimized bubble that expands on click
Panel — Auto-opens when page loads
Fullscreen — Takes over entire page

Allowed Origins (CORS)

Specify which domains can embed your Twin. Add, edit, or remove allowed domains. URLs are validated automatically.

Branding (SEO/Meta)

Meta Title

Browser tab and search result title.

Recommended: 60 characters or fewer

Meta Description

Text shown in search results and link previews.

Recommended: 150-160 characters

Favicon

Custom browser tab icon for your Twin’s standalone page.

Language & Internationalization

Intro Messages

Customize the greeting users see when they start a conversation. Configure different greetings for each language.

Supported Languages

English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, and 15+ more.

Auto-Translate

AI-powered translation generates content in multiple languages automatically.

Per-Language Editing

Edit each language’s content individually for precise control over messaging.

Conversation Starters

Pre-written prompts users can click to begin a conversation. These help users understand what they can ask and reduce friction.

Managing Starters

Create — Add new starter prompts
Edit — Modify existing starters
Delete — Remove starters
Reorder — Drag to change display order

Bulk Import

Import multiple starters from a file for faster setup.

Multi-Language

Each starter can be translated to all configured languages. Use auto-translate or edit translations manually.

Preview & Publish

Live Preview

See changes in real-time in the right panel before publishing.

Mobile/Desktop Toggle

Preview how your Twin looks on different screen sizes.

Publish Changes

Apply your changes to the live Twin. Changes aren’t visible to users until published.

Discard Changes

Revert to the previously published state.

Visual Diff

See what changed before publishing to review your updates.
