Settings

The Settings section contains account-level configuration that applies across all your Twins.

Account

Email

Your account email address (read-only). Contact support to change.

Display Name

Your name as shown in the dashboard.

Sign Out

Log out of your dashboard session.

Billing

Credit Balance

Your current credits remaining. Credits are used for AI Twin interactions.

Usage

Credits used in the current billing period.

Next Billing Date

When your subscription renews and you’ll be charged.

Payment Methods

Manage your payment cards through Stripe. Add, update, or remove payment methods.

Subscription

Your current plan (Starter, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise). Upgrade or downgrade from this section.

Invoice History

View and download past invoices for your records.

Buy Credits

Purchase additional credits if you need more before your renewal date.

Auto-Replenish

Set up automatic credit purchases when your balance falls below a threshold. This prevents service interruption if you run out of credits.

Configure legal links for your Stripe checkout pages.

Terms of Service URL

Link to your terms of service. Displayed to users during checkout.

Privacy Policy URL

Link to your privacy policy. Displayed to users during checkout.

These links are required if you’re monetizing access to your Twin.

Team Members

Add team members to your dashboard account.

Member List

View all users with dashboard access, including their roles.

Invite Members

Add new team members by email. They’ll receive an invitation to join your dashboard.

Admin only — Only admins can invite new members.

Remove Members

Revoke a team member’s dashboard access.

Admin only — Only admins can remove members.

Email Branding

Send emails from your own domain instead of Steno’s default.

Custom Domain

Configure your domain to send authentication and notification emails with your branding.

DNS Records

Add SPF and DKIM records to your DNS for email authentication:

  • SPF — Authorizes Steno to send email on your behalf
  • DKIM — Cryptographic signature for email verification

Verification Status

The dashboard shows whether your email domain is verified and ready to use.
