Getting Started with Steno.ai

Steno.ai is a technology platform powered by the Steno Twin Engine™ that enables you to build, customize, and launch your AI Twin. Our team handles the build for you — most customers go live within 7–10 business days of signing up.

How It Works

Schedule a demo at steno.ai and complete your subscription. After signup, you pick a time to schedule your onboarding call.

Step 2: Onboarding Call

Meet with your Steno onboarding lead to walk through your goals, review scope, and complete the onboarding questionnaire that guides the build. After the call, you’ll receive access to your dashboard at dashboard.steno.ai .

Step 3: Provide Your Content

You provide two things:

Knowledge base content — Upload through the dashboard: PDFs, videos, audio, transcripts, or connect your YouTube channel or podcast feed for automatic syncing
Voice recordings — High-quality audio samples for voice cloning

Step 4: We Build Your Twin

Our team handles the rest — profile imagery, branding and color scheme, conversation starters, introduction messages, and personality tuning — all pre-populated based on your expertise and refined to your guidance.

Step 5: Review & Approve

We deliver a working Twin in your dashboard for you to test:

Try both text and voice modes
Use the thumbs up/down feedback buttons to flag issues
Request refinements until you’re ready to launch

Step 6: Deploy

Launch your Twin to your audience:

Custom Domain (Recommended): Host on your own domain or subdomain
Embedded Widget: Embed on your website or platform
Mobile App: Available as an add-on for iOS and Android
SDK Integration: Embed into any application with full control
