Getting Started with Steno.ai

Our process is a “done-for-you,” white-glove service designed to get your AI Twin live in 10 business days or less.

The Onboarding Process

Step 1: Agreement & Subscription

To begin, you sign our service agreement and activate your monthly subscription. There is a one-time $5,000 setup and training fee, but we’re currently waiving that for new customers.

Step 2: Onboarding Call

We schedule a 30-minute kickoff call to discuss:

  • Your goals for the AI Twin
  • The desired personality and tone
  • The intelligence and behavior you want it to embody
  • Boundaries and guardrails
  • Your content library

This call ensures we understand your vision and can customize the AI to match your brand and expertise.

Step 3: Content Delivery

You provide us access to your content via a shared Dropbox or Google Drive folder. This is the only thing we require from you, besides feedback.

Supported Content Types:

  • Audio: Podcasts, voice memos, seminar recordings
  • Video: YouTube videos, online courses, webinars, event recordings
  • Text: Books, PDFs, articles, blog posts, whitepapers, emails, website content

The more comprehensive your content library, the more knowledgeable and capable your AI Twin will be.

Step 4: AI Training & Customization

We handle all the technical processing, training, and customization. Our team:

  • Ingests and processes your content
  • Trains the AI on your unique knowledge and methodology
  • Creates your voice clone
  • Configures personality, tone, and guardrails
  • Sets up authentication and access controls

Step 5: Demo Delivery

Within 10 business days, we deliver V1 of your AI Twin for you to test and review. You’ll receive:

  • A working demo of your AI Twin
  • Access credentials for testing
  • Instructions for providing feedback

Step 6: Feedback & Refinement

You test the AI and provide feedback. We iterate based on your input to ensure the AI accurately represents your expertise and meets your expectations.

Step 7: Implementation & Go Live

Once you approve the AI, we help you integrate it into your website, platform, or application and go live.

Content Updates

Automatic Syncing

If your content is from a public source we’re connected to (like a YouTube channel or podcast feed), our system will automatically sync with new material.

Manual Updates

For private content, you’ll have access to a management portal where you can upload new files to the knowledge base at any time.

What Happens After Launch?

Once your AI Twin is live, you’ll have access to:

  • Analytics Dashboard: View usage metrics and conversation histories
  • Content Management Portal: Upload new training content
  • Ongoing Support: Our team is available for questions and optimization

Standard Timeline: 10 business days from content delivery to demo

Do You Offer a Free Trial?

We do not offer a free trial. Our service is a fully custom, white-glove experience that begins with a subscription.
