Embedding Your AI Twin

Your AI Twin can be embedded on most websites and platforms, giving your users seamless access to AI-powered conversations.

Deployment Options

Option 1: Web/Mobile App Embed

Embed the AI on your website via a simple script or iframe. This works with most modern website builders and platforms.

For platforms that don’t support embeds, we provide a direct link to a Steno-hosted page. You can share this link directly with your users.

Option 3: SDK Integration

Use our powerful SDK to embed your AI Twin directly into your existing applications with full control over the look and feel. Learn more about the SDK.

Supported Platforms

Fully Supported (Embed Script)

These platforms support embedding via iframe or HTML block:

  • Custom Websites: Any site with HTML/JavaScript access
  • WordPress: Via HTML block or custom code
  • Squarespace: Via Code Block
  • Webflow: Via Embed element
  • GoHighLevel: Via Custom HTML/JS widget (See integration guide)
  • Mighty Networks: Via custom code (See integration guide)
  • Circle: Via custom code or embed
  • Wix: Via HTML iFrame/Embed element

These platforms have restrictions on third-party embeds. Use the direct link approach:

  • Skool: Share the direct link in your community
  • Thinkific: Add the direct link to course materials
  • Teachable: Link from course pages
  • Kajabi: Can use webhooks for authentication (See integration guide)

How Embedding Works

Step 1: Get Your Embed Code

After your AI Twin is approved and ready to launch, the Steno team will provide you with:

  • Your unique embed script
  • Instructions specific to your platform
  • Authentication setup (if needed)

Step 2: Add to Your Website

Insert the embed code in the desired location on your website. The AI Twin will appear as:

  • A chat widget (typically bottom-right corner)
  • A full-page experience
  • An inline embedded component

The exact appearance depends on your preferences discussed during onboarding.

Step 3: Test & Go Live

Test the embedded AI Twin to ensure:

  • It loads correctly on your site
  • Authentication works (if applicable)
  • Voice and text modes function properly
  • The styling matches your brand

Custom Integrations

WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack

Direct integrations with third-party messaging apps are not available out-of-the-box. However, our SDK allows your developers to build custom integrations to deploy the AI into almost any platform or application.

Zapier & Automation Tools

You can connect your AI Twin to automation tools using our SDK and webhooks. Common use cases:

  • Trigger actions based on AI conversations
  • Sync user data to your CRM
  • Send notifications when certain keywords are mentioned

Authentication Options

When embedding your AI Twin, you have two main authentication options:

Option 1: Use Your Own Login System

We can integrate with your existing membership portal or login system. Users who are already logged into your platform will automatically have access to the AI Twin.

Option 2: Use Steno.ai’s Authentication

We can handle the login process for you based on a list of approved user emails. Users will log in through the Steno interface.
