A fully custom AI agent trained on your proprietary knowledge. Your AI Twin embodies your unique expertise, methodology, and voice.

Multimodality

Interact via real-time voice calls or text chat in a single, unified interface. Users can seamlessly switch between voice and text during the same conversation.

Image & Handwriting Recognition

The AI can read and interpret images uploaded by users, including handwritten notes, and convert them to text.

Memory & Personalization

The AI remembers past conversations with a user, allowing for context-aware, personalized interactions across sessions.

Voice & Language

Voice Cloning

We create a high-fidelity digital clone of your voice for the AI to use.

Standard Clone: Requires two minutes of clean audio. Included in all plans.

Professional Clone: Requires one hour of audio to capture more expressiveness and emotion. Available on Scale plan and above.

If you don’t have a good audio sample, our team will help you create one.

Multilingual Support

The AI can converse in over 23 languages. Even if the AI is trained on English content with an English voice clone, it can speak in other languages like Mandarin, and vice versa.

Supported Languages:

Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Czech, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

No Extra Language Fees: All supported languages are included in your subscription. The AI automatically detects the user’s language and responds accordingly.

AI Behavior & Knowledge

Knowledge Base Control

You decide the AI’s boundaries. During onboarding, we customize whether the AI is strictly constrained to your knowledge base or if it should be adaptive, allowing it to tap into a wider set of knowledge.

Handling Off-Topic Questions

If a user asks a question that is outside the knowledge base, the AI’s response is configured to your preference. It can state that it doesn’t have the information, or it can be configured to escalate the query to a human team member.

Hallucination Prevention

We use several methods to prevent the AI from hallucinating or giving bad answers. The primary method is constraining the AI to answer questions only based on your provided knowledge base, ensuring every answer has a verifiable source.

During onboarding, we also set strict guardrails to prevent the AI from discussing off-limit topics.

Deployment Options

Web/Mobile App

Embed the AI on your website via a simple script or access it via a direct standalone link. We can embed on most platforms including custom sites, WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, and more.

Native Mobile App

We offer a full-service package to build, design, and launch a branded iOS and Android app for your AI Twin. Learn more about mobile app packages.

SDK Integration

Use our powerful SDK to embed your AI Twin directly into your existing applications, mobile apps, platforms, or devices with control over the look and feel.

For example, using the SDK, you could have your AI Twin join a Zoom call where multiple users could interact with it.

This feature is currently in our development beta. We are working closely with select customers to test and refine it.
