This guide covers how to access your Steno.ai dashboard and test your AI Twin before going live.

Dashboard Access

Once your AI demo is ready and your account has been activated, you will be sent access to the Steno.ai dashboard.

Accessing Your Dashboard

1. Check your inbox for the invite
2. Once accepted, access it here: Go to Dashboard 

What You Can Do in the Dashboard

• View account details
• Access analytics and usage metrics
• Review user AI conversation transcripts
• Manage integrations
• Configure user access
• Upload new training content

Testing Your AI Twin

Before going live and moving into implementation, we’d love for you to internally test your AI using the demo link we’ll provide.

How to Test

1. Access the Demo: Use the demo link provided by the Steno team
2. Test Both Modes: Try both text and voice mode interactions
3. Submit Feedback: Use the thumbs up/down buttons visible in both text and voice mode

Providing Feedback

In both text and voice mode, you’ll see thumbs up/down buttons that allow you to submit feedback directly through the AI interface.

• Flag Issues: If you notice any problems or areas where the AI could be improved, just flag them
• Capture Everything: We’ll capture all your feedback for refinement

Before Going Live

Please complete your internal testing before moving into implementation. This ensures:

• The AI responds accurately to your domain-specific questions
• Voice cloning sounds natural and appropriate
• The AI’s personality matches your brand
• Any edge cases or unusual questions are handled correctly
