Updating DNS Records

For standalone deployments, follow these steps to point your desired domain (e.g., chat.example.com) to your new Twin:

Step 1: Add DNS Records

Add the following DNS records to your domain:

CNAME Record

TXT Record

Step 2: Notify Steno

Once the DNS records are added, let us know so we can verify the connection.

Step 3: Finalization

Once DNS is verified, our team finalizes the setup and connects it to your Steno account.
