Detailed Steps
Phase 1: Setup
- Subscribe: Schedule a demo and complete your subscription at steno.ai
- Onboarding Call: Meet with the Steno team to walk through scope and complete the onboarding questionnaire
- Access Dashboard: Log in to dashboard.steno.ai after your onboarding call
Phase 2: Content
You provide two things:
- Knowledge Base Content: Upload training materials (videos, audio, documents) or connect a YouTube channel or podcast feed for automatic syncing
- Voice Recordings: Upload a voice sample (2-4 minutes for standard clone)

Phase 3: Build
Our team handles the rest — personality and tone, guardrails, knowledge base configuration, profile imagery, branding, conversation starters, and introduction messages — all pre-populated based on your expertise and refined to your guidance.
